Dr. Adithya Hande is a naturopathy specialist with a keen interest in learning. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from India’s finest naturopathic institute, SDM College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Dharmasthala in 2015. He has specialized in yogic counseling and went on to pursue M.Sc. Psychology from Jain University, Bangalore in 2021.
Dr. Hande has participated in numerous state and national level yoga competitions. He was the lead yoga trainer for a Guinness world record set for organizing a mass yoga training that was conducted by the Dharmasthala trust. Through his work experience in ayurvedic, allopathic and research sectors, Dr. Hande believes in striving towards a sense of inclusivity at his workplace and maintaining his goal towards holistic health. He is currently working in Bangalore for a private clinic as Senior Naturopathy Specialist, Yoga Consultant and Psychologist.
